Role purpose
The key purpose of the Operations Coordinator is to ensure all Centre functions (Retail, Operations, Guest Experience and Marketing) are assisted in their delivery, inclusive of Sundays. Being a key liaison between functions, the Operations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring major initiatives continue to progress 7 days a week in a seamless manner and will manage emergency situations, the general upkeep of the centre, retailer and customer liaison and overall customer service in order to maximise centre presentation maintain an exceptional customer experience.

What will you bring?

  • You will be experienced with a background in customer service and retail operations.
  • You will be an influencer with strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage and resolve conflict effectively.
  • You will have previous experience in contractor management and a demonstrated understanding of safety, health and environmental management.
  • You will possess a solid knowledge of retail leases & retailer management coupled with centre operations (tenancy delivery, safety and security).
  • You will be known for your capability to problem solve in high pressure situations and have a proven track record of delivering results through collaboration with others.
  • A tertiary qualification in a business-related discipline is desirable.
