Description:

Responsibilities:
You will be part of our Smart Factory team of five technology professionals. Together with the team, you will have an excellent opportunity to develop Vaisala’s Industry 5.0 capabilities by releasing the potential of data and foster data driven culture. In this role you will be working in close co-operation with business stakeholders across the Operations unit as well as Vaisala Data team, developing our new data platform capabilities. You will report to Senior Manager, Smart Factory. Your responsibilities include:
- Operations data and analytics capability development in a close collaboration with business analysts and data team
- Development of reports, dashboards and data visualization.
- Drive advanced analytics and real-time situational awareness initiatives in Vaisala Operations.
- Facilitate business analytics needs collection and translate them to actionable development roadmap
- Data sourcing and modeling in a collaboration with data team
- Coordinate business analyst community collaboration
- Foster data driven culture by concretizing data assets and seeking ways to utilize data for daily decision-making
