Operations Director (m/f/d)
We are looking for an experienced & motivated Operations Director (m/f/d). In your role you will be responsible for supporting our vision and business objectives including strategically partnering with functional leaders across Tipper Tie. The position requires strong analytical skills, the ability to translate strategic vision into tactical action, synthesize complex issues into actionable solutions, and identify the highest impact ideas to drive recommendations effectively to senior leaders and customers. Reporting to the President of Tipper Tie, our ideal candidate will be a driven individual with a positive “can-do” attitude.
