Description:
Stakeholder analysis and reviews (Building and maintaining profitable relationships)
Support the growth of Workload Automation products (Alliances, identify gaps and opportunities)
Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these by strategizing accordingly
Communication management (newsletters and notifications)
JIRA coordination (Projects, sprints and Kanban boards)
Confluence design, build and maintenance
Compliance management (YPA documentation, Audits, LRE and KPI adherence)
Work with the technology teams to ensure a seamless product experience
Provide general assistance to the Operations team and end users
Work closely with other functional consultants, developers, product owners and various global stakeholders in a bigger feature team
Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently
Keeping customers updated on the latest products and features
Meeting with product owners in the organization to plan strategically
Internal team liaison, travel and claims process support, even coordination, and guest hosting
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
IT Degree and/or relevant qualifications
Min 5 years of experience in a corporate environment
Project managements qualification and/or relevant experience
ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
A bachelor’s degree in administration or relevant qualifications
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a corporate environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in all Microsoft applications
Superior SCRUM and workload automation product knowledge
Change Management (CM)
IT Service Management (ITSM)
Release Planning
Start Up Management (SUM)
System Monitoring
Technical Continuity Management (TCM)
Excellent proficiency in the Agile Tool Chain (JIRA, Confluence)
Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter
