Qualification & Skills
- Familiar with: ServiceNow Dashboard, Dynatrace Dashboard,AWS CloudWatch Dashboard, Data Centre Operations Support, ITIL methodologies
Shift timings 7am – 3pm and 3pm to 11pm.
Shift allowaance only including Weekends and PH
