Your role
Do you thrive on the challenge of optimizing warehouse operations and supply chain efficiency? We have an exciting opportunity for you to make a significant impact as our Operations Excellence Manager. You’ll be at the forefront of our efforts to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and drive cost efficiencies across our logistics operations. Your role will encompass project management in the logistics arena, focusing on process optimisation in the warehouse, supply chain, and interfaces between different departments.
- Project Management in the logistics area like process optimisation in the warehouse / in supply chain or interfaces between different departments
- Analyse current warehouse operation and logistics processes to identify areas for efficiency and productivity enhancements
- Assist in managing carriers, monitoring performance and optimizing lead time and transportation costs
- Support in defining changes and enhancements in the warehouse management system to improve inventory control and order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with the warehouse trainer to ensure staff is well-trained on the latest processes and SOPs
- Monitor the implementation of process improvements and analyze the impact on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization while maintaining high quality standards
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, engineering, or a related field
- min 2 years of experience in project management (ideally in logistics or supply chain management)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for process optimization
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members and external partners
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects as well as strong organisational skills and a results-oriented mindset
- A proactive attitude and a desire to drive positive change within the organization
- Fluency in English is required
