Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the daily job schedule in respect to the objectives assigned by the Operation Manager;
  2. Lead continuous improvement of his/her perimeter;
  3. Be responsible for induction of Trace2 system to all Drivers and attendants;
  4. Define training plans in order to develop team autonomy and improvement spirit;
  5. Plan & organize daily schedule to ensure the task able to be perform deliveries and services;
  6. Liaison between Drivers, Customers and sales team;
  7. Have the ability to maintain Trace2 system accuracy and daily service log;
  8. Resolve and actively communicate with Drivers in a satisfactory and timely manner of any system issues as they occur;
  9. Perform site visit to provide support & guidance to Drivers and dispatch team;
  10. Work with Operation Manager and IT Department to provide solutions for more effective and efficient schedule output;
  11. Jointly coordinates with Dispatch team to resolve problem and improve quality of service schedule; Optimize routes, manages and determines route actions and assuring route completion;
  12. To perform other tasks that contributes to the smooth daily operation;
  13. Undertake ad-hoc projects as and when assigned by Management
