JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Engage customers to better manage their service requirements and expectations through informal meetings and unit visits
• Work closely with ST Engineering Synthesis workforce to attend to user feedbacks on units maintenance matters to provide expeditious support to their requirements
• Support internal and external audits by customers
• Coordinate internal meetings with Program Manager, Engineering Division, Production Engineer /Production Planning Control, Quality Assurance and Procurement department to address customer feedback
• Compile contractual monthly reports
• Submit yearly compilation of contractual cap reports
• Ensure all unserviceable spares to be returned back from unit to factory
• Liaise with vendor to dispose all returned unserviceable spares yearly
• Conduct Annual Customer Satisfaction survey

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Must have Class 3/3A license
• Knowledge on Small Arms Weapons will be advantageous
