Operations Executive

Work closely with our team of experienced multi-cultural dynamic team of operators. If you have the interest and skills in post-fixture operation, and possess the following prerequisites, we have the interest to meet you.

Reporting to Operation Manager with key responsibilities as listed below but not limited to:

• Handle end-to-end post fixture operation by liaising with charterers and owners.
• Evaluating information received from owners and send data required by the charterers in a manner which is concise and easily understood.
• Comprehend the legal and documentary requirements to ensure the safe and timely completion of the Charter Party and propose alternative work methods if necessary.
• Troubleshoot problems which might occur from the day-to-day shipping operations.
• Have a full understanding of the Charter Parties in use for fixtures with our clients and make the client aware of any clause which might impact their current operations.
• Verifying that freight invoices are raised as per charter party and issue commission invoices for our services.
• Should be able to communicate effectively with clients and maintain cordial relationship.
