RETAIL OPERATIONS

• Perform administrative duties and support retail teams for marketing events exhibitions, new shop openings and promotions.
• Perform administrative and data-entry work and maintaining customer database.
• Assist managers in day-to-day retail operations and preparation of sales reports.
• Sending out of bulk email circulars and text messages for the purpose of marketing communications.
• Updating retail product catalogue.
• Ensure all stock movement is properly recorded in various inventory tracking systems.
• Assist managers in cycle and annual stock take.Perform any other tasks as and when assigned by the manager.

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, and Post Graduate Diploma, preferably in the field of Sales/Retail/Nutrition/Marketing/Business Management or equivalent.
• Candidates who have specialized in Marketing/E-commerce/website administration or equivalent are preferred.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Possess initiative, good interpersonal skills and be results-oriented.
• Meticulous and high accuracy in work assigned.
• Good analytical skills and have an eye for details.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment independently.Knowledge in copywriting skills will be a bonus.
