About the Role
As an Operations Expert in our Business Performance and Governance Team, you’ll play a key role to support Group Services in the delivery of digitised business support collateral, and managing a range of critical business support accountabilities including:
Development and digitisation of high-quality onboarding, induction and training material + associated practices
Optimisation of knowledge management material, centralising, fully digitising and enhancing metadata to drive greater process efficiency for our operations
Formalising leadership development avenues, robust succession planning programs and defining career growth pathways
Developing Subject Matter Expertise (SME) practices and resources – ensuring critical IP is on tap to support upcoming transformation in Group Services
Uplift training and on-boarding operating rhythm

What will your day look like?

Responsibilities:

Supporting the design, development and execution of training material and facilitating training and onboarding sessions
Develop existing induction and knowledge management material and build a robust framework and op. rhythm for new entrants
Facilitate core learning curriculum for GS Run functions
Migrate, Centralise and Digitise all knowledge material ensuring enhanced metadata use to enable simplification and productivity
Support to build a robust leadership program utilising existing ANZ material, and augmenting with Payment Operations specific material
Build career pathway and succession planning programs
Develop fungible and reusable Subject Matter Expertise (SME) resources and networks that can support transformation activity
Work closely with a range of stakeholders to deliver outcomes in a timely fashion
Support the uplift on training and on-boarding operating rhythm
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Experience working in a high volume, Payments Operations Business, preferably with exposure to multiple facets of the Payments Value Chain (Investigations, Inwards/Outwards Processing, TDs, MIFT etc.)
Experience working in a high control, high risk environment
Proven analytical and problem-solving capability, able to identify risks and impacts, and make recommendations
General Banking/Financial industry acumen, and several years of pertinent experience
Strong communication skills both written and oral and ability to present and communicate confidently and effectively with internal stakeholders
Self-direction, and a proven ability to set priorities and meet timelines
