Responsibilities:
We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Improvement Associate to join our awesome Operations Support team. If you are at the start of your career journey or want to gain experience in a new industry, this could be a great opportunity.
Operations Support are the team that looks at the efficiency, quality and compliance elements of our Production processes.
Documentation is a big part of the role. Being a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) focused organisation, making sure our documentation is in order is essential to our compliance. You will prepare, review, update and coordinate Batch Production Records, Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, Change Request Notifications and trial documents. You will develop process maps, flowcharts, and other visual aids to illustrate current and proposed processes.
Quality Event Investigations are also a key part of this role. You will determine root cause and propose and implement corrective and preventative actions when a quality event has happened in the Production area.
You will support our Operations Improvement Engineers on their project deliverables, lead minor projects and coordinate production trials and improvement activities.
