And with 150 employees and more than 4.000 Trusted Professional Cleaning Agents with headquarters based in Switzerland and expanding across Europe, we are making that a reality. Batgroup was created in order to reinforce our primary mission: the fight against Black Market and making sure that the cleaning industry workers have the coverage and insurances that they should benefit from. Within the Batgroup we have a variety of identities that we provide, allowing a large assortment of services from booking a cleaning through Batmaid, to hiring their house cleaning employee through Batsoft.
About our program:
As an Internship Program participant at Batmaid, you’ll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.
As well as on-the-job learning, you’ll get exposure to our core customer and business markets, our products and other core business topics. Depending on the length of the internship, rotational assignments can be a key part of the program. Departments include Customer Cleaning Operations (B2C), Business Cleaning Operations (B2B), End-of-Tenancy Operations (EOT), Recruitment and Administration. You will work alongside experienced professionals and contribute to meaningful outcomes that make a real difference for our business.
What you will see during our Internship Program:
Operations: Provide our customers and cleaning agents with the highest level of service and support by answering queries and making recommendations to achieve successful satisfaction across our B2C, B2B and EOT offerings.
Recruitment: Devise ingenious ways of attracting new talent applications, whilst accompanying candidates from their initial contact through to the end of their Batmaid Academy training, learning how to make hiring decisions along the way.
Administration: Learn about and contribute to the execution of processes central to successfully managing customers and employees, including Accounts Receivable, Payroll and Social Insurance coordination.

REQUIREMENTS

• You are a Bachelor or Master student or recent graduate from any academic background
• You are an innovative quick learner that is up for the challenge of working in a fast paced, agile, fast growing company.
• You have an entrepreneur mindset and take ownership of individual tasks
• You want to grow professionally as well as personally
• You want to work in an international and multicultural setting
• You speak English to a minimum C1 level
• You speak French to a minimum C1 level
• You may even have further language skills, which add to our valued diversity.

Programme duration: Between 6 to 12 months
Start date: between June and September 2024, depending on the department.
