OPERATIONS, IT AND PROJECTS MANAGER
Our client, Ballyshannon Killybegs Credit Union, a large community credit union in Donegal, is seeking to recruit an Operations, IT and Projects Manager.
This is an excellent opportunity to lead the continuing development of the operations and IT functions of one of the largest community-based credit unions in Donegal.
Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
The Operations, IT and Projects Manager is responsible for the ongoing successful delivery of the operational and IT goals of the credit union and the implementation of projects related to operations and IT.
As such, the Operations, IT and Projects Manager will provide leadership and oversight of:

Member service operations in our branches, online and by phone
- Operational compliance
- Facilities management, security and health and safety across operations
- Operational resilience under the Central Bank of Ireland framework
- Management of IT vendors and services
- Maintenance of the IT network through third-party vendors
- Implementing, communicating, and maintaining operational and IT policies and procedures
- Projects related to operations and IT
