Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that club operations are smooth and deal with situation that arises during operations.
  • Manage the night operations of the clubs
  • Maintaining safety and food quality standards
  • Keeping customers happy and handling complaints
  • Organizing schedules
  • Keeping track of employees’ hours
  • Ordering supplies while staying within budget limitations
  • Supervising daily shift operations
  • Ensuring all end of day cash outs are correctly completed
  • Establish good rapport with guests, maintain good customer relations, and handle guest feedback promptly and efficiently
  • Analyse the venues performance vs historical performance, industry standard as well as external affect
  • Provide business solutions to operational matters
  • Working Late Night is Required.
  • Liaising with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities, sales representatives etc

Job Requirement:

  • Preferably with 5 - 10 years of relevant experience
  • Good communication skills and a Team player
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Always greet the guest with a warm smile at all times
  • Solid verbal communication skills in Hindi & Tamil
  • Willing to work long hours as per the business requirement, weekends, and holidays
  • You are required to work compulsory on weekends and public holidays.
