YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a similar field
• Min. 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
• Excellent planning, management and coordination skills combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• A proactive attitude and a desire to drive positive change within the organization
• Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Polish is a plus

Sunday Natural emerged from a long-standing passion and research in the fields of health, healing, and personal growth. The lack of natural, high-quality products on the market was the original motivation for founding Sunday Natural in 2013. We aim to produce the products we ourselves would love to buy – as natural as possible, absolutely pure, free from any additives, and of the highest quality. In a strategic partnership with CVC, Sunday Natural is now one of Germany’s most renowned quality manufacturers, with its own research and development department in Berlin. As the Operations Manager at Sunday Natural, you will play a pivotal role in monitoring and managing stock levels, coordinating international shipments, and implementing KPI systems to drive continuous improvement.

You will collaborate closely with our international expansion team to prepare warehouses and logistics for new markets. You’ll be the linchpin in coordinating cross-functional efforts, working hand-in-hand with logistics partners, planning departments, and country managers to meet the diverse needs of our customer base.

• Monitor and manage stock levels of international products in various warehouses and multiple countries
• Collaborate with our international expansion team to prepare our warehouses and logistics for new markets
• Oversee the international shipment of products to warehouses abroad, including coordinating with logistics partners and own truck fleet
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, planning department and country managers to meet international market demands
• Implementation and continuous improvement of a KPI System
• Actively participate in international market expansion efforts and provide input on market-specific requirements
