Operations Manager

The company is an investment management firm that has been in operation for over 15 years in Singapore. The Firm is looking for a Operations Manager to join its team.

REQUIREMENTS

• Familiar with MS Office Suite (including Excel, Word and Outlook), Bloomberg, with knowledge of Bloomberg AIMS as essential.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in business administration, finance, accounting or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years industry experience with a Buy or Sell side Firm, with knowledge of hedge fund daily trade operations and accounting.
• Knowledge of the hedge fund cycle.
• Smart working, efficient and eager with a great attitude to work and colleagues. Meeting deadlines are key.
• Assist CEO/COO/Compliance where necessary.

• End to end trade support, including pre-trade and post trade.
• Engage external counterparties on order management and trade settlement processes.
• Responsible for back-office matters, such as organizing support documents.
• Ensure that all start of day/end of day reporting is completed.
• Responsible for smooth operating of daily/weekly/monthly of the order and execution software that contains portfolio management and operational functions.
• Understand the NAV processes, including preparing a daily shadow NAV and assist/prepare month end NAV for various products.
