The Division of Cancer, Cardiology, and Specialty Medicine is actively seeking a dynamic senior health leader to join us as the Cancer Services Operations Manager. This pivotal role will collaborate closely with the Divisional Director and Director of Cancer Services to lead Western Health’s Cancer Services.
The role is responsible for the strategic leadership and operational oversight of the team providing inpatient, ambulatory and outpatient Cancer Services at Western Health, including the inpatient Oncology and Haematology Ward, Day Oncology Unit, Palliative Care Unit, Palliative Care CNC team, Wellness Program, Oncology HITH, Radiotherapy, Specialist Clinics, and Clinical Research.
The Operations Manager will oversee the provision of high-quality healthcare, clinical safety, and financial management. This role will support the ongoing operational management of all elements of healthcare provision by Western Health.
