Description:

We Are currently looking for a professional, inspiring and motivational Claims Operations Manager to lead our clients highly successful, rapidly expanding home claims team, who provide an excellent service to their customers.
The Successful candidate will be tasked with leading 2x team leaders 30FTE claims specialists to deliver high level of claims service culture within the business.

KEY EXPERIENCE / SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Previous experience in a senior leadership position ideally as a claims leader, with a proven track record of leading teams to achieve results
  • A Passionate coach with a strong desire to improve and coach their team & leaders
  • Passionate about driving efficiency & ‘going the extra mile’
  • An excellent communicator at all levels, demonstrating the ability to deal with challenging conversations
  • A positive can-do attitude, resilient and self motivated who can leader others
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to evaluate, implement, and manage sales and automation tools that enhance productivity

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the claims team leaders to ensure achievement of claims targets
  • design & implement claim quality assurance checks for the teams, ensuring compliance and consistency
  • Manage & maintain daily claims meetings to inspire, motivate and set targets, feeding into weekly and monthly targets
  • Create a strong customer care through claims culture within the claims teams and business
  • Ensuring team leader queries are dealt with quickly and efficiently
  • Challenge normality by trialling new ways of working
  • Drive and encouraging the company values through the team leaders, always leading by example
  • Utilise the claims data to generate insights and track KPIs
  • Create and distribute regular reports and dashboards to aid decision-making
  • Utilise data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Manage performance and absence in line with HR processes
