• Leading drive for improvement in operational areas i.e. compliance, reliability, cost & quality
• Ensure best practices are followed for minimization of waste at machine centers.
• Track continuous improvement opportunities where performance issues are clear & provide action plans for gap closure
• Identify repairs needed at machine centers & create work requests for completion
• Work to accelerate employee training
• Enhance operational effectiveness by measuring production efficiencies, solving machine downtime, eliminating waste, maintaining raw material usage, performing root cause analysis & production scheduling
• Ensure quality auditing on all items on production floor is handled & SQF compliance
