Our client, a leader in the Print industry, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee their dynamic team and ensure operations are seamless, efficient, and aligned with their high standards of quality and service.

FUNDAMENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Proven experience in managing a team within related industries such as print, display, exhibitions, shopfitting, or events.
  2. Demonstrable high standards of organization and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  3. Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to management.

Responsibilities:

ROLE SUMMARY:

As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our production operations, staff, and resources. Your leadership will be critical in driving our team towards meeting tight deadlines and maintaining the highest standards of output across all projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and allocate jobs to production staff, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to timelines.
  • Oversee production planning, including materials procurement and stock management.
  • Maintain regular communication with the sales and customer service teams to address any job-specific queries.
  • Manage off-site installations, including interstate projects, and ensure high standards of execution and client interaction.
  • Conduct ongoing quality control checks to uphold product standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes and systems within the production and warehouse environments.
