Position: Operations Manager
Location: Singapore
Salary: SGD 100,000 per annum

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiencyand productivity.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement within operational processes andworkflows, and implement solutions to streamline operations.
• Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of operations staff, providing guidanceand support to ensure team cohesion and effectiveness.
• Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with third-party vendors and suppliers,negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
• Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards ofservice delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels and stock movements, optimizinginventory turnover while minimizing carrying costs.
• Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to monitor operational performance, identifytrends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards,keeping abreast of relevant regulations and implementing necessary changes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a relatedfield.
• Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the logistics or SaaSindustry.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage andmotivate teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Demonstrated experience in process improvement and project management.
• Familiarity with logistics software and ERP systems is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to changingpriorities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English.
