Our client who is a global Chemical Manufacturer is seeking an Operations Manager. The candidate will come with 8 to 14 years of experience across planning, production, logistics, QAQC and warehousing in manufacturing.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree or above in related field would be preferred
• 8-14 years in production / operations in a manufacturing environment
• Ideal 5 years of management experience
• Good skills in English communication for internal & external communications and engagement and with Office software
• Team player with superb collaboration and communication skills.

• Responsible for leading a large team across planning, warehousing, QAQC and logistics
• Manage productivity targets, reduce costs, eliminate errors and deliver excellent service
• Lead, motivate and support
• Organise, supervise and control all production operations according with corporate and local procedures and guidelines.
• Supervise activities and performance of team as part of organisation and human resources support which include development plans and trainings
• Implementation of safety management measures and strong corporate and local EHS procedures
