We have an exciting new opportunity for an Operations Manager - Forks & Attachments, reporting to the Operations Director - APAC. This position will encompass the comprehensive management of staff, workshop operations, and compliance with Workplace Health and Safety regulations.

ABOUT YOU - SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• An appropriate Engineering Degree from an accredited tertiary institution.
• At least 5 years of experience in a production engineering role within a manufacturing setting, including 2+ years in a leadership capacity.
• An exceptional leader and team manager, capable of motivating and developing a high-performing operational team.
• CAD Drawing experience would be an advantage.
• Effective communication, interpersonal and networking skills.

• Oversees daily operations in workshop areas, including engineering, design, fabrication, and attachment manufacturing.
• Analyse sales data to develop actionable business plans and strategies.
• Working with the Product Development Manager to continuously improve the existing product range.
• Upholding safety and quality standards.
• Maintaining documentation for QA and WH&S.
• Ensuring daily operations meet targets and schedules.
• Optimizing workflow and driving production output.
