THE OPPORTUNITY;

Seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and manage day to day operations, primarily supporting the Sales and Service Team.
You will been active in setting the bar high for excellence with exceptional customer service, seamless processes, ensuring a memorable experience and knowledge around product information.
Your ability to foster and have the right approach to motivate the team to achieve KPIS, create a sense of community and provide technical expertise will be highly valuable and be rewarded.

• Thrives and loves being in a people centric role, born communicator and has the ability to adapt, demonstrates leadership capabilities and knows how to cultivate a great working culture and environment.
• Proven track record as an Operations Manager, Operations Supervisor or Branch Manager in a similar role in sales and service, parts background within the Automotive/Vehicle industries.
• Strong organisational effectiveness to drive outcomes, working across budgets, reports and forecasting sales and identifying further capacity with in the organisation.
• You will be required to help with technical information and advice, the ability to mentor and guide will be valuable, along with having an Automotive/Mechanical Trade background will be essential.
• Degree in Business or Operations Management, or similar highly desirable
• Current WA Manual Driver’s License.
