We are looking for a leader to join our rapidly growing business and help us create the foundation needed for scaling. We expect you to be All In and get excited about the Hampton Chocolate Factory growing into a successful nationwide brand with stores in every major city and chocolate that is the preferred corporate gift in America. Our Social media Marketing grosses over 20 Million views a month and Corporate gifting Sales are up over 130%. With that said the #1 for us is always the customer, and we are looking for a leader who can find fulfillment in leading a team to provide a one-of-a-kind memorable experience. We set the standard high because we don’t just satisfy our customers, we delight them with a consistent product backed by ever-better customer service. This is only made possible by great systems, processes, and people.
You’ll be balancing responsibilities for the store and warehouse (shipping center) and developing systems built for scale so we can continue the sales growth. Learning the fundamentals of the business is critical and will be where you start. As we grow delegation through effective leadership will be key to your success. A strong passion for developing operational and management systems is a must. We are seeking someone who can buy into our vision, someone who wants to join us in creating the foundation for scaling the Hampton Chocolate Factory and consequently ride the success wave with us. We are not stopping anytime soon, who wants to jump in and have some fun? Seriously! It’s chocolate and ice cream!

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of Restaurant Operations Management Experience
• 2+ Years of warehousing or shipping (Preferred but not required)
• 2+ Retail or Sales experience (Preferred but not required)
• Growth and ALL-IN Mindset
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor the team guiding them to become the best team members and the best person
• Open Availability to work weekends and busy shifts

We are a family business specializing in artisan chocolate that has recently launched a rapidly growing Decadent Dessert Destination! It is Owned and operated by two brothers, Austin and Grant who have unlocked the brand’s potential through social media, grossing over 25 Million Views a month and 600K Followers. The first store in Tampa, Florida is the foundation for many more! It’s where they spent two years building the concept and experiencing explosive sales growth. Now they are looking to achieve operational excellence through continuous improvement in our systems and processes so they can continue the success and execute on their vision to build a 100-year brand famed for their decadent dessert destinations in every major city. They also are building an Ecom and Gifting Empire and dream of being the preferred Gift in America one day.
The foundation has truly been set and we have massive growth plans but we need the right person with us to achieve our mission and continue delighting every customer here in Tampa and Beyond. Operations Excellence Execution

• Strategically assisting in the execution of operational systemization that increases scalability and profitability
• Monitors and manages store staffing levels alongside the General Manager to ensure partner development and talent acquisition to achieve and maintain store operational requirements
• Assist in the completion of an Inventory management software build-out
• Assist in the creation of training processes
• Organizational Proficiencies
• Uses business acumen to communicate strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats
• Drives the implementation of company programs by developing action plans and directly motivating and instructing the store team to meet personal and organizational objectives.
