About the Role:As the Operations Manager, you will:
Ensure the highest standards of safety and health on site.
Drive operational and production efficiency.
Lead and develop a dedicated team.
Manage daily operations with a focus on continuous improvement.
Oversee production management tasks including purchasing, inventory control, and maintenance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Tertiary qualifications in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
Extensive experience in Production Management, with a preference for knowledge in Precast and/or Prestress jobs.
Demonstrated success in driving safety behaviours, effective communication, and strong leadership in industrial processes or manufacturing industries.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities:

Safety, Health, and Environment: Achieve safety targets and ensure compliance with Holcim SHE Management System and legal requirements.
Operational Improvement: Implement operational plans to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Financial Management: Meet budgets and forecasts, monitor costs, and achieve KPIs.
Leadership: Set performance measures, manage employee issues, and ensure a positive work environment.
Quality Control: Maintain QA & QC standards and ensure product quality.
Inventory and Production Planning: Manage stock levels and coordinate production planning to meet customer demand.
