  • You gained some experiences and knowledge as a junior consultant to insurance companies or StartUps or as a junior business analyst or junior product owner from an operational perspective
  • Alternatively you bring experience and knowledge from FinTechs or from working with Digital Product Teams.
  • You gained experiences and knowledge in using Low Code / No Code tools
  • You are structured, good at prioritising and have solid planning and project management skills to be able to work towards long-term goals while managing immediate priorities and projects

Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for everything related to increasing the profitability of our company with the focus on spendings for claims
  • You will develop and build automations, e.g. with tools like Zapier, for the entire company
  • You will help to create and implement a strategy for Customer Care and Claims handling e.g. implementing service levels, automation targets, communication channels, tools
  • You will analyze, prepare, present, monitor & evaluate various data for and with Customer Care and Claims
  • You will support the team with process improvements as well as creating & regularly adjusting reasonable KPI’s
  • You will design a strategy to handle customers with different profitability profiles
  • You will establish preventive measures and detection of pre-contractual breaches of duty of disclosure as well as building fraud prevention & detection and processing capabilities
  • You will help to create and prioritize strategically relevant short and mid term objectives
