The MI Operations Manager, Northern Sydney Local health District (NSLHD, Health Manager Level 5) is a pivotable leadership role for the Medical Imaging services across NSLHD and at Royal North Shore Hospital. This includes LHD responsibilities with an interface into District Operations Team with the responsibilities including oversight of safety and quality frameworks, support of procurement initiatives and managing the operational aspects of external reporting contracts. At RNSH, the role has responsibility for the operational performance of the Medical Imaging service at and all aspects of a large and complex imaging division which encompasses Radiology, Nuclear Medicine and PET and Interventional Radiology services.
