QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education:Bachelor’s degree in business or related health care field or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
  • Experience:3 years’ experience in healthcare operations, including experience with provider templates in Epic. Computer skills including spreadsheet and database management. Ability to multi-task and meet multiple deadlines. Presents a positive, disciplined self-image. Excellent communication skills and high level of professionalism and presence.
  • Other Skills and Knowledge:Strong analytical skills and understanding of business planning. Strong communication skills. Self-starter.
  • Preferred Education: Master’s degree.
  • Preferred Experience: 5+ years experience in healthcare operations including experience with provider templates in Epic.
