This is a rare opportunity not to be missed, we are looking for a Service Operations Manager to be a part of our Dunedin Operational Leadership Team. Reporting to the Dunedin Area Service Delivery Manager, you’ll be responsible engaging with our teams making sure the operations run smoothly and effectively and our products get to our customers when they expect it. You’ll also have responsibility for the overall performance of our Customer Service and Administration functions within branch along with managing the building and facilities.
No two days will ever be the same as the Service Operations Manager but there will be recurring themes.
