Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage daily operations on site.
  • Plan and forecast monthly manpower required to fulfil contractual requirements.
  • Ensure all aspects of the required security services are being delivered to the customers’ satisfaction and in accordance with the contract.
  • Ensure the timely follow up of all ground incidents and completion of monthly performance reports to meet billing schedule.
  • Ensure staff are trained and certified in accordance with all relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Develop professional customer relationships and respond to customer requests and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Actively seek and secure new business opportunities in security related areas.
  • Drive the formulation of business plans and proposals to ensure competitiveness and financial viability of the projects.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Track record of working in a fast paced and demanding environment
  • Prior working experience in a similar operational management role, ideally within the security industry and/or previous working experience in local law enforcement agencies such as SPF, MHA, etc.
  • Good understanding of the security industry and familiar with security technologies & systems
  • A valid security industry licence or accepted certificate of security competence
  • Possess strong proficiency in business operations and legal contractual knowledge.
  • Possess strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet operational objectives and deadlines.
  • Strong problem solving and incident management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, interacting both internally and externally.
  • Excellent customer service skills
