QUALIFICATIONS

  • Driver’s Licence
  • Forklift Licence is beneficial but not desired
  • 3-5 years experience in similar role
  • Proficient in Excel and MS Office
  • SAP experience is desired but not essential

Responsibilities:

Reporting to and working closely with the DC Manager,

You will be responsible for overseeing and supervising the inbound & outbound departments to ensure smooth and efficient flow. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Leading inbound & outbound departments to maximise operational excellence and productivity.
  • Manage and ensure an efficient planning and optimisation of the flow of products across all departments.
  • Managing the overall profitability based on cost effectiveness through accurate planning and by using cost saving initiatives.
  • Lead and support the Team Leaders to recruit, develop and retain workforce for Inbound and Outbound according to capability needs and forecasted capacity requirements.
  • Lead department teams to ensure logistic capacity needs in alignment with DC
