Due to business growth, an opportunity has become available for an experienced Operations Manager to play a leading role in people2people’s corporate services globally. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team Managers and their teams across finance & payroll, human resources, marketing, IT, and compliance.
  • Ensuring high levels of service and support to the businesses throughout the people2people group.
  • Driving success through quality and timely delivery of the organisation’s corporate services, systems, policies, practices, financial information, and resources.
  • Anticipating the impact of current and future trends, innovation, risk, regulation, legislation, and opportunities on company shared services and responding accordingly.
  • Seeking out opportunities for innovation, continuous improvement, performance enhancement and business growth.
  • Overseeing strategy, planning and delivery within finance, HR, IT, marketing, risk, and compliance.
  • Ensuring that large projects and daily operations are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Engaging with internal and external stakeholders effectively to enhance business performance and ensure quality information flow.
  • Advising the executive leadership team and directors on shared services recommendations and proposals.

To be successful in this position you will have:

  • Operational leadership experience, ideally within an agency based recruitment environment.
  • Experience implementing new technology, systems, and improved processes.
  • Successful record of accomplishment in delivering high quality business outcomes underpined by a strong financial acumen.
