Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. The Operations Manager will play a pivotal figure in the Leadership Team, overseeing the comprehensive operations of our lighting manufacturing enterprise. Your responsibility encompasses Sales & Operations, Procurement and Planning, Quality Assurance and Auditing, Warehouse Management & Logistics, as well as Manufacturing and Assembly. Entrusted with complete Profit & Loss (P&L) accountability, the Operations Manager is anticipated to spearhead efficiency, expansion, and profitability.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the lighting manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting and financial management.
  • Proficient in relevant software applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Operations Planning: Oversee the sales and operations department to ensure alignment with overall business objectives. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Purchasing and Procurement: Manage the purchasing and procurement department to ensure timely procurement of materials and effective production planning.
  • Quality Control and Auditing: Ensure the highest standards of quality are maintained in all products. Implement and oversee auditing processes to identify and rectify any issues.
  • Warehouse & Logistics: Manage warehouse operations to ensure efficient storage and dispatch of products. Oversee logistics to ensure timely delivery.
  • Manufacturing and Assembly: Oversee the manufacturing and assembly department to ensure products are produced and assembled efficiently and to the highest standards.
  • Profit & Loss Responsibility: Monitor and manage operational costs against budget to ensure profitability. Make strategic decisions to improve the bottom line.
