Description:
OPERATIONS MANAGER
- Play a unique role in supporting healthy communities
- Manage the warehouse and all associated functions
- Canning Vale WA location; state of the art facility; highly automated
Responsibilities:
- Manage, lead and motivate all team members
- Ensure all customer orders received within cut off times are picked, packed, invoiced in accordance with agreed practices and dispatched on time
- Ensure the DC is CSO compliant
- Ensure products are put away correctly and replenished regularly to optimize stock availability for order picking
- Manage the budget and achieve KPIs regarding revenue and profit targets, including transport and consumables
