Operation Manager (Slickline) required for an Oil and Gas Company based in Kuwait.
Pay of up to 36,000 KD including private medical insurance. 1 free flight per year and Kuwait is tax free.
Experience in Slickline Operations Management and Business Development.
Having good experience in advanced slickline services & digital SL services.
Responsible for the planning, organization, leadership and management of field operations while ensuring the delivery of consistent and superior service, safety, quality, and technical support and effectiveness required to exceed expectations of the clients, while maximizing operational efficiency.
Accountable for P&L performance to meet the financial goals or profit targets while minimizing the expenditures for Slickline Operations.
The client is looking for someone with a Bachelors Degree or equivalent with 15 years plus experience of working in slickline operations.
