Our ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience process engineer, head of client services, head of operations, or in a client support position. You are a natural leader and have a knack for optimizing operations and team functionality.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute strategies to deliver exceptional client service, ensuring high service quality and client satisfaction
- Lead, oversee, and coach the client service team to achieve both individual and team performance objectives
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations
- Manage client service contracts and agreements, ensuring adherence and timely renewals.
- Engage with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, product development, and operations to enhance client service delivery and promptly address any client-related issues
- Monitor and assess client service performance metrics, generate reports, and implement strategies for continuous improvement
- Spearhead client service projects, including the integration of new technologies or processes to enhance service delivery
- Ensure efficient processes are utilized to achieve desired outcomes within our service-oriented business area
- Serve as the escalation point for client queries and incidents
- Coordinate and oversee specific external vendors and agencies
