Our client is an industry leader in the manufacturing of fixed tilt and tracker solar tracking systems. With over 25GW of installed product, our client is making a significant impact in the mission to achieve global net-zero goals.
Our ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience process engineer, head of client services, head of operations, or in a client support position. You are a natural leader and have a knack for optimizing operations and team functionality.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute strategies to deliver exceptional client service, ensuring high service quality and client satisfaction
  • Lead, oversee, and coach the client service team to achieve both individual and team performance objectives
  • Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations
  • Manage client service contracts and agreements, ensuring adherence and timely renewals.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, product development, and operations to enhance client service delivery and promptly address any client-related issues
  • Monitor and assess client service performance metrics, generate reports, and implement strategies for continuous improvement
  • Spearhead client service projects, including the integration of new technologies or processes to enhance service delivery
  • Ensure efficient processes are utilized to achieve desired outcomes within our service-oriented business area
  • Serve as the escalation point for client queries and incidents
  • Coordinate and oversee specific external vendors and agencies
