OPERATIONS MANAGER (SPECIALIST SERVICES) – MENTAL HEALTH & WELLBEING SERVICES

  • This is a new position at the Mental Health and Wellbeing Services (MHWS)
    A new and exciting opportunity at the Western Health Mental Health and Wellbeing Services. We are looking for a highly motivated mental health clinician with experience in leadership roles to join the operational leadership group at MHWS. This role is to support the Divisional Director to improve, expand and develop current services within the MHWS and to participate in the ongoing transformation work as envisioned by the RCVMHS. It also support our senior specialist clinicians such as the FCS and Chiefs of Allied Health to ensure delivery of best care within the Division

Responsibilities:

  • Need to have extensive experience working in leadership within the public mental health services
  • Be an enthusiastic individual who have strong leadership skills and has experience in service delivery and project management
  • Have experience working with stakeholders in large health services or community organisations
  • Be keen to contribute and participate projects to transform our Service as part of the RCVMHS recommendations
  • Have been involved with project delivery or operationalisation of new services
  • Be be passionate about person-centred care
