Position Title: Operations Manager
Location: Singapore
Reporting To: Executive Director Partner Management Operations - RoW
Travel Requirement: Occasional Travel required per annum

Responsibilities:
- Lead operational excellence for existing partnerships, collaborating with the Academic Manager and Quality and Progression Manager.
- Provide ongoing operational advice and support to partners, including training on handbooks, class arrangements, delivery, technical support, student progression, and welfare.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of BAU operations, developing and implementing plans for operational excellence.
- Build and maintain effective partnership relationships, acting as the first point of contact for inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with partners to identify areas for program improvement and resolve operational issues respectfully.
- Maintain strong internal and external relationships with stakeholders to promote Study Group’s profile.
- Present technical and complex information concisely, engaging varied audiences effectively.
- Utilize business and data insights to monitor partner performance and identify trends.
- Leverage technology to enhance teaching, learning experiences, and support educational outcomes.
- Support compliance, quality assurance, and progression for partner delivery, collaborating with the Compliance, Quality Assurance, and Progression Associate Director.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Safeguard students by ensuring compliance with partnership policies, work standards, and statutory obligations.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying and implementing enhancements across operations, systems, processes, and methodologies
