Responsibilities:
- Build the backside foundation for business success such as company establishment, recruitment of local teams, partners and sourcing to archive concepts, accounting and budget management, and other tasks necessary for business.
- Oversee the setup and operational launch of the store in Jakarta.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, operational procedures, and customer service excellence.
- ‘Monitor daily operations, including inventory management, staffing, and overall store performance.
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching and feedback to ensure the team‘s success.
- Ensure a consistently exceptional dining experience for guests, focusing on food quality, exceptional service, and overall ambience.
- Gather and analyze guest feedback to continuously improve and tailor offerings to local preferences.
- Schedule store visits and audits to ensure the highest level of quality and figure out any hiccup from the front operation.
- Provide coaching & hold store leadership accountable to maintain the service quality standard.
- Manage back office-related functions such as procurement, Admin, IT and HR.
- Play a pivotal link between Indonesian business and the regional office in Vietnam.
- Streamline and optimize operational processes to enhance overall efficiency.
