We are looking for a talented Operations Manager/Team Leader to join our teams in Lisbon.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Selecting and approving the recruitment of your team;
• Ensuring the staffing needs of the project;
• Being in charge of the management and development of your team;
• Managing the needs of the clients where your consultants are recruited;
• Managing a P&L.
