Operations Manager

at  The Exchange

Supports sales and service objectives in main stores by planning and directing store support and customer contact service areas. Ensures training, payroll, audit, and safety procedures are followed. Strict compliance with internal stockroom procedures and accountability are required.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Four years of experience in retail management, two of which were as a Stockroom Manager, Sales Area Manager, Sales and Merchandise Manager, Assistant Main Store Manager, or Branch Store Manager within the last five years.
Or
Bachelor’s degree and two years of experience as a Stockroom Manager, Sales Area Manager, Sales and Merchandise Manager, Assistant Main Store Manager, or Branch Store Manager within the last five years.

Direction and follow-up with managers and staff; training and counseling.
Audit and problem resolution.
Customer contact.
Maintains compliance, as applicable, in loss prevention, accounting, money transfers, internal controls, environmental issues and EPA/environmental agencies/organizations policies, procedures, rules and regulations.
Performs other duties as assigned.
