As our Operations Manager, you’ll be the strategic leader of the Data Analysis team, ensuring peak performance through effective forecasting, resource management, training, and continuous monitoring. This role demands a visionary leader with a passion for process improvement and a knack for motivating large teams across multiple locations.
Responsibilities:
- Guide and inspire Supervisors and Functional Managers within the Data Analysis team. Collaborate with the VP Technical Services for resource planning and expert insights.
- Partner with Subject Matter Experts to deliver targeted training, ensuring the team meets quality standards and operational goals.
- Maintain top-tier performance, quality metrics, and SLAs. Oversee the working environments in Ennis and Limerick to foster productivity.
- Work with HR to address recruitment needs and monitor KPIs. Act as the liaison with HR Business Partners and Talent Resourcing Specialists.
- Oversee the training and salaries budget, develop tools for monitoring, and implement early warning indicators for project management.
- Engage with SMEs to refine processes, resolve inefficiencies, and ensure best practices. Lead process improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.
