The opportunity
We are seeking professionals with a passion for data to join our established and growing Operations team where you will play a pivotal part in delivering reports and insight to support our strategic business goals.
As part of the Operations Performance Improvement team, you will be creating, delivering, and maintaining key management information using engaging visualisation to report on key performance metrics as well as generating insights and providing actionable recommendations to operations leaders.

Your new role

  • Gather, translate, and document business needs working closely with various insurance operations stakeholders.
  • Design and create visually compelling reports and dashboards using company standard tools.
  • Work closely with central data and MI team to deliver objectives in line with company standards and follow appropriate processes throughout the build Lifecyle.
  • Support and resolve data and report issues.
  • Prioritise workload and manage deadlines across BAU and project activities.
  • Maintain adequate documentation in line with company standards.
  • Support the upskilling of other team members and actively undertake personal development to ensure up to date knowledge and skills.

About you

  • Analytical mindset.
  • Proficiency in data visualisation tool like PowerBI
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience in SQL is a plus.
  • Insurance industry experience is a plus.
