JOB SUMMARY

• The Operation Sales Specialist role is responsible for the in-house serving of our consumer solutions customers and their agents or partners.
• The Customer Care Representative II will provide customer service to Avera Health Plans members and their agents by answering questions about Avera Health Plans consumer sales products and services.
• The Customer Care Representative will support onboarding, implementation, agent education, trainings and marketing campaigns.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

• High School diploma or GED.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and medical insurance billing.
• Experience in a call center environment preferred.
