Responsibilities:
YOUR ROLE:
To act as a first point of contact for SSU/Underwriting in relation to process queries and to support Process /System changes within Operations. To work with the Policy Servicing Manager to transfer work between onshore and offshore business support team to achieve optimum service delivery. Attend to items delegated by Unit Leader or Senior. Work with Operations Leadership team to highlight process and training issues/needs and gaps.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Utilise technical knowledge and subject matter expertise to proactively support the business in relation to Operations.
- Handle complex and exception instances
- Handle SSU bounce backs
- Resolve issues relating to system and workflows
- Monitor key processes and management information to ensure offshore adhere to serviceand process
- Liaise with SSU to ensure KPI is met
- Identify improvement opportunities
