We are looking to welcome a German speaking Operations Specialist to our team - or, as we call them at MD7,a Project Control Specialist. Working with other teams, this position is responsible for ensuring that data from complex leases is entered accurately into internal and external databases within deadlines.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Excellent written and spoken German language skills
- Basic written and spoken English language skills
- Data entry, quality control or contract experience
- Enthusiastic with a desire to learn
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- The ability to work independently while also being a team player
- Computer skills with proficiency in Excel, Outlook and Word
