About the Team
The Marketing Science team is responsible for interpreting the performance of advertising on our platform. We work with advertisers to optimize their activity on the platform and build meaningful connections that help drive behavior change.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Global Marketing Science activities and operations to secure efficiency andcompliance with company policies that includes contract management and paymentsprocessing.
  • Own administrative tasks, ensuring team has adequate support to work efficiently.
  • Support budgeting and expenses reporting.
  • Coordinate meetings with different internal and external stakeholders, cross-team events andbusiness trips.
  • Manage complex calendar.
  • Project manage Marketing Science on-boarding initiatives.
  • Plan and execute team off sites and strategic planning sessions

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years experience in project coordination role.
  • Has managed billing or procurement processes

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Any experience working across organisations that focus on measurement or research is a plus
