We are looking for an Operations Specialist to support our Australian and New Zealand business. This is a highly cross functional support position which will work closely with Finance, Operations, Demand Planning, Sales, and Marketing.
You are someone with good organizational skills that allow you to stay on top of multiple items at the same time and have the ability to switch direction. You are the consummate team player. There is no task or project too big or too small for you – you attack them all with passion, creativity, a positive outlook and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process orders from YETI wholesale network into the ERP (Cin7)
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across all systems
  • Liaising with suppliers, customers and internal stakeholders by communicating issues, hurdles and/or updates on orders and confirmations
  • Work cross-functionally across departments to maintain accurate inventory levels, fulfil orders and meet demand
  • Build and develop effective working relationships with delivery partners and internal stakeholders across the business at all levels
  • Monitor and track consignments to ensure deadlines and SLAs are met
  • Work with our Customer Service team to resolve inventory discrepancies and to close off outstanding inventory cases, such as warranty returns and change of mind returns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
  • Maintain excellent working relationships across stakeholders and suppliers
  • Identifying performance issues of suppliers and propose solutions to improve/correct performance
  • Track and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure seamless supply chain operations
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects or initiatives as required
  • Identify and investigate issues that may have an impact on outbound deliveries and/or inventory
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs and general Operational support

Qualifications and Attributes:

  • At least 2 years’ industry relevant experience in a fast-paced environment such as Logistics, Supply Chain or Retail
  • Experience across Warehouse operations, inventory management or Logistics is advantageous
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • Customer service focus and comfortable to work independently
  • Be a steward of and maintain the YETI Brand
